Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable time after a withdrawal request will result in suspension of the withdrawal request until verification is completed. okph will not process withdrawals to unverified accounts.
Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or at any point during the account lifecycle is a material breach of these Terms. okph reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account where information is found to be inaccurate, and to report fraudulent registration to PAGCOR and relevant Philippine law enforcement authorities.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username, password, and any one-time passwords or two-factor authentication codes associated with your Account. You must not share your login credentials with any other person.
okph will never ask you to disclose your password via email, live chat, telephone, or any other channel. Any communication requesting your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to okph support immediately.
In the event of unauthorized access to your Account, or if you suspect that your credentials have been compromised, you must notify okph immediately via the Platform's support channel and change your password forthwith. okph accepts no liability for losses incurred through unauthorized access where the Player has failed to maintain adequate security of their credentials.
okph reserves the right to require additional security verification — including OTP confirmation, government ID re-submission, or a selfie verification — before processing transactions if unusual account activity is detected.
okph accepts deposits through approved Philippine payment methods including GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, Landbank, UnionBank, Instapay, PESONet, and selected over-the-counter channels such as 7-Eleven and Cebuana Lhuillier. The minimum deposit is ₱100. Deposits are credited to the Account balance upon confirmation from the payment processor.
okph does not accept deposits from third parties. Deposits must originate from a payment account registered in the Player's own name. Deposits received from third-party payment sources will be returned and may result in account review.
Withdrawal requests from verified Accounts are processed in accordance with the Player's chosen payment method. okph targets the following processing timeframes, which begin from the time the withdrawal request passes internal review:

Unless expressly stated otherwise, all bonuses and the winnings derived from bonus wagering are subject to a wagering requirement before they may be converted to withdrawable cash. The applicable wagering requirement multiplier is stated in the terms of each specific promotion. Bonus funds and real-money funds in a Player's Account are used in the order specified in the promotion terms.
okph monitors bonus usage for patterns consistent with bonus abuse, including but not limited to: claiming bonuses using multiple Accounts, placing low-risk balanced bets designed solely to meet wagering requirements, or exploiting technical errors in bonus crediting. Where bonus abuse is identified, okph reserves the right to void bonus funds and associated winnings, suspend the Account, and recover any amounts paid out in connection with abusive bonus activity.
All bonuses have an expiry date stated in the specific promotion terms. Unclaimed or unmet bonus funds that reach their expiry date are automatically forfeited and removed from the Account balance without notice.
All games offered on the okph Platform are governed by individual game rules that are displayed within the game interface. Players are responsible for reading and understanding the rules of each game before placing wagers.
In the event of a discrepancy between a game result displayed on the Player's device and the result recorded on okph's servers, the server record shall be definitive. Technical or display errors on the Player's end do not invalidate game results or entitle the Player to any claim against okph.
okph uses certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology in all non-live-dealer games. Live dealer games are conducted by professional dealers in real-time studio environments. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. Any Player found to have engaged in the following activities is subject to immediate account suspension, forfeiture of Account balance, and reporting to PAGCOR and relevant authorities:

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes. No licence is granted to copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, or create derivative works from any Platform content without the express prior written consent of okph.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, okph's total aggregate liability to any Player for any claim arising out of or in connection with use of the Platform shall be limited to the amount of real-money funds held in the Player's Account balance at the time the cause of action arose, exclusive of bonus funds.

Upon termination of an Account, all rights granted to the Player under these Terms cease immediately. okph retains the right to retain Account records and transaction data for the periods required under Philippine law and PAGCOR regulations, notwithstanding Account closure.
These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
In the event of a dispute between a Player and okph, the Player is encouraged to contact okph's customer support team in the first instance to seek an informal resolution. okph will endeavor to resolve all complaints within five (5) business days of receipt.
If a complaint cannot be resolved informally, it may be escalated to PAGCOR's dispute resolution mechanism as provided under its licensing conditions. Players may also seek recourse through the appropriate Philippine courts of competent jurisdiction.
